Windows Server ftp.exe timesout
q: When we're trying to use ftp.exe with Windows Server 2012 R2 it times out on this message:
200 Port request OK.
a: We added c:\windows\system32\ftp.exe to the windows firewall and it immediately worked, since we did it while it was waiting.
