Windows 10 Upgrade can't resize window
q: Customer called saying they were clicking the middle button on the top right (restore / maximize) and it wasn't working.
a: Windows 10 had recently upgraded the system and it was in Tablet mode. We clicked Tablet mode to disable it and everything went back to normal. NOTE: Most of the tray icons were missing and the desktop was the start menu open.
