We typically recommend BullZip PDF for personal and <10 commercial usage which works with GhostScript to print directly to a PDF file.
However, today we encountered a system that did not have the most recent windows updates, nor could we install them. A third party vendor has warned that updates will break their software.
Bullzip requires .NET 2.0. .NET 2.0 requires Windows XP Service Pack 2. So we were stuck.
PrimoPDF installed but never worked.
CutePDF (which works on GhostScript like Bullzip) was our next try. We installed GhostScript from their website, then installed CutePDF and tada!

Faster iPad Backups
After like 20min of the ipad backing up, I hit Google. Found a page that says, delete the backup for your ipad & sync again. When I did that - it went much much faster!
Just edit / preferences / devices / click the iPad & click delete backup.
